Imagine RIT: Creativity and Innovation Festival is a highlight of the academic year, an annual spectacle held each April that transforms the Rochester Institute of Technology campus into a massive showcase of student ingenuity, research, and innovation. This university-wide event is much more than a simple exhibition; it's a dynamic, interactive festival where every college and major across RIT has the opportunity to present cutting-edge projects and demonstrate the practical applications of what students are learning. It draws a diverse and enthusiastic crowd, comprising not only current students, faculty, and staff but also prospective students, their families, alumni, and members of the greater Rochester community.
This year, Technically Speaking, recognizes the immense value of participating in this high-profile event. The group is actively planning to secure and manage an exhibit at the Imagine RIT festival. We intend to increase our visibility across campus, recruit new members and showcase our latest content and projects to a broad audience. We also want to position ourselves as a vital voice in the RIT academic community.
Our exhibit is designed to be an informative and educational experience for all visitors, demonstrating all of the work we do for businesses in the local Rochester community. By doing this, we hope to attract potential clients or students interested in learning more about the agency.
In addition to our Technically Speaking exhibit, we are also partnering with RIT’s Marketing and Communications team. We’re giving a “behind the scenes” look at other exhibits with the goal of driving more interest and attendance to the Festival.
Imagine RIT as a whole is designed to be a big opportunity for different majors and the students passionate about their work to put themselves out there, and to showcase their hard work to an audience. It is also a big opportunity for students whether it be potential or current students. Technically Speaking is embracing this opportunity by making an exhibit to remember.
